The opening of Sport Innovation Texway Vietnam is approaching, and the project is now in its final phase. Core buildings are largely completed, and production lines are being installed, tested and calibrated in stages as we move towards full operation.
Not every part of the site is finished yet, and not all production lines are ready at the same time. That is intentional. We are building a factory that will perform over time, and that requires a controlled ramp-up rather than a rushed start.
This facility is built to strengthen capacity, diversify production risk and create long-term supply chain resilience for our partners — without disrupting the highly efficient operations we already run in China.

FACTORY UPDATE
Right now, the site is transitioning from construction into operations. Utilities and infrastructure are in place, key production areas are ready, and selected woven and knitted lines are already running pilot setups while additional lines are finalized and adjusted.
In addition, we have already reserved 5 production lines with a total of 250 sewing workers in our existing sample room as a transition setup. This allows us to start and continue production while the new factory is being finalized.
When the new factory is fully ready, these lines and workers will move into the new facility. At the same time, we will recruit additional workers to further increase capacity.
This structured transition ensures that there will be no production gap between our current setup and the new factory, giving our partners continuity and confidence during the ramp-up phase.
In parallel, our Vietnam organization is being shaped around the same structure that has made our China platform reliable for years — including quality control systems, management routines, reporting structure and workflow standards. The goal is straightforward: when you produce with Sport Innovation in Vietnam, you should recognize the same way of working, the same control points and the same execution mindset as in China.
Capacity will scale step by step, because predictability and stability matter more than speed when you are producing for multiple brands, across seasons and delivery windows.

Sport Innovation Texway Vietnam is the result of a long-term plan to expand our production platform beyond one market, while keeping the same structure and standards our partners already trust.
Many of our customers want to increase volumes and reduce dependency on a single production country. This factory is our answer. It adds production capability in Vietnam without disrupting our established operations in China, where we continue to run a highly efficient organization.
The Vietnam facility mirrors the proven structure of our China operations, including knitwear production, management routines and quality standards, so that China and Vietnam can work as one coordinated platform. This is not a replacement — it is reinforcement, designed to give you more options without adding complexity.
